In the modern facilities of this two-phase olive press, and keeping the strictest health and sanitation guides, the family produces and chooses only the best quality of extra virgin olive oil after cold processing. Keeping in mind the past and appreciating the power of nature, the family produces a series of natural cosmetic products based on extra virgin olive oil. Respecting the need for preserving and protecting the environment, the Sotirelis corporation is in possession of patents to do a full waste management, nearly zeroing its waste footprint and producing biofuel, food for animals, and fertilizer.
